Delivery times
We dispatch items in stock within 1–2 working days of receiving payment, or after order confirmation for purchases on invoice. Delivery after dispatch: Germany 1–3 working days, other EU countries 3–7 working days, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein 5–10 working days.
VAT
- Delivery within Germany: including 19 % VAT.
- Private customers in other EU countries: the VAT rate of the delivery country applies. You will see the final price at checkout.
- Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID of the delivery country: tax-free intra-Community supply.
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: tax-free export. Customs duties and import charges are paid by the recipient.
