Isolated bipolar power transistor module with one transistor for 75 A collector current and 600 V collector-emitter voltage. An antiparallel freewheeling diode is integrated, the base plate is isolated from the terminals at 2500 V AC and the main terminals are designed as M4 screw terminals.
