Which option suits you?

Repair & servicing process

We repair your own part, test it on the test bench and send it back.

  1. 1 Send in You send us the defective part, insured and safely packed.
  2. 2 Cost estimate We analyse the unit and prepare a cost estimate.
  3. 3 Repair Once you approve, we repair the part in our workshop.
  4. 4 Test bench Final function and endurance test on the test bench with protocol.
  5. 5 Return We send the part back to you, insured.
Request repair

Exchange for refurbished

You receive a refurbished part from our stock and send in your old part for a credit.

  1. 1 Enquiry Request with type/part number or photo is sufficient.
  2. 2 Quotation We check our stock and get back to you with offer and lead time.
  3. 3 Send in your old part You send in your old part. We credit the return.
  4. 4 Receive the exchange part You receive a refurbished part with statutory warranty.
